Club Learning Facilitator (CLF)

The CLF plays a vital role in fostering continuous learning and development among members, which includes and is not limited to:

1. To act as a mentor for the Board of Directors in understanding Rotary's values, structure, programs, and leadership opportunities.

2. To organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and discussions on topics such as Rotary Foundation, membership, public image, and service projects.

3. To help members access and utilize learning resources from www.myrotary.org Learning Centre.

4. To equip members with skills to manage club operations and service projects effectively.

5. To improve the overall quality of club meetings, projects, and public image of the club.

6. To ensure alignment with district and Rotary International learning goals.
