Attendance

The Attendance Committee focuses on monitoring, maintaining, and improving member attendance to ensure active engagement and club health.

1. To monitor attendance regularly: keep accurate records of member attendance at weekly meetings, club events and service projects and coordinate with Sgt at arms.

2. To encourage and promote the importance of regular attendance.

3. To follow up and reach out to members with low attendance, understand challenges and encourage their participation in alternate formats (like make-up meetings) and service projects.

4. To provide periodic reports on attendance to the club secretary.

5. To suggest the club president for recognition of members with exemplary attendance.
