Club Bulletin Committee

The Editor and editorial team are responsible for communicating important club activities, updates, and inspiration to members.

1. To circulate a weekly e-bulletin on Fridays to keep members informed about minutes of previous meetings and future meetings.

2. To compile information of all weeks of a month and publish the multi-color printed copy for all members and ensure 100% circulation through postal/door delivery or pick-up from the club office.

3. To highlight service projects, fellowship events, member achievements.

4. To share information about Rotary's values, programs, and international efforts to strengthen members' knowledge and commitment.

5. To work closely with the President, Secretary, and committee chairs to ensure accurate and relevant content is shared.

6. To present the bulletin in an engaging, professional format with clear writing, good visuals, and inspiring content.

7. To ensure that maximum members get the opportunity of placing their business advertisement in the print edition.
